The LSM Cup (2013) is an on-stage business game organized by a Belgian top Business school. With over 130 competitive participants, it describes itself as being the biggest CSR Business Game in Europe. Four cases (1 Strategy, 1 Finance, 1 Supply chain, and 1 Marketing) were provided by partner companies (SWDE, BNP Paribas, Belgacom, and Total) that faced the issue we had to solve.
Together, with my teammate Jamy Maigre, we were mixed for every challenge with another team and had two and a half hours to solve cases and come up with a convincing solution for each that was socially responsible. Every solution had to be presented in front of a jury composed of academic professors and other professionals that were faced with the cases we tackled.
We won 2 awards:
- Award for the best solution at the Financial Challenge provided by BNP Paribas.
- Pronounced as the main winners of the event (meaning we were the best performers across the 4 challenges).
